O evento que acontece no Centro Cultural Ariano Suassuna, sede do Tribunal de Contas, traz a cultura dos municípios da Paraíba para João Pessoa. “É o TCE-PB preservando a cultura dos municípios”.

O “Programa Raízes Paraibanas” que conta com o apoio do Governo do Estado e das Prefeituras Municipais, tem como objetivo ressaltar as tradições e a cultura dos municípios paraibanos, conforme explicou o presidente do TCE-PB, conselheiro Nominando Diniz, que foi o idealizador do programa, que passará a fazer parte do cronograma de atividades do Centro Cultural Ariano Suassuna.

O Programa que tem a coordenação do diretor do Centro Cultural Ariano Suassuna, Flávio Sátiro Filho e sua equipe, com o apoio da Assessoria de Comunicação do TCE-PB.

O evento é destinado à promoção de apresentações artísticas (musicais, poesia, literatura, teatro, etc.), tendo por centralidade a evidenciação do potencial cultural dos municípios interessados em tais atividades. O cerimonial poético será conduzido pelo poeta Marconi Araújo.

Este é o segundo convite recebido pela equipe da Orquestra Sinfônica Municipal em 2021. O primeiro foi para o Festival de Curitiba. Agora, a Orquestra Sinfônica de Goiás, que já foi regida pelo maestro Laércio Diniz, fez o convite para o festival online.

“É o tipo de evento que dá bastante visibilidade para o nosso trabalho e faz com que as orquestras se conheçam, os músicos e maestros também. É um trabalho bem bacana e eu recebi de forma muito prazerosa”, declarou o maestro Laércio Diniz.

Para ele, o convite é uma forma de reconhecimento do trabalho não só do regente, mas da Orquestra como um todo. “O trabalho da Orquestra tem corrido bastante o Brasil e até outros países. Sempre que interpretamos a peça de algum compositor estrangeiro, como é o caso do Nimrod, ele mesmo faz uma grande divulgação. Provavelmente, isso deve acontecer novamente depois desse festival”, acrescentou.

Os primeiros colocados de cada categoria foram comtemplados com um cruzeiro de três dias no arquipélago de Abrolhos (conforme regulamento), de 17 a 19 de setembro. Já os cinco primeiros de cada categoria foram premiados com Kit BIOMAR e troféus confeccionados com madeiras de reaproveitamento de Jenipapo. As peças foram produzidas pelo Ateliê Astúcias, núcleo de artes plásticas do Movimento Cultural Arte Manha, em Caravelas, sul da Bahia. Coordenados por Dó Galdino, artista plástico e arte educador no Arte Manha, jovens artistas esculpiram os troféus durante aulas de formação e trabalhos de Educação Ambiental.

O Concurso BIOMAR de FotoSub reúne projetos patrocinados pela PETROBRAS, através do Programa Petrobras Socioambiental. A Rede BIOMAR é formada pelos projetos Albatroz, Baleia Jubarte, Coral Vivo, Golfinho Rotador, Meros do Brasil e Tamar e tem como objetivo a conservação da biodiversidade marinha no Brasil, atuando na proteção e pesquisa de espécies e dos habitats relacionados.

Headed over Lions Bridge and made our way to the Sofia Synagogue, then sheltered in the Central Market Hall until the recurrent (but short-lived) mid-afternoon rain passed.

Feeling refreshed after an espresso, we walked a short distance to the small but welcoming Banya Bashi Mosque, then descended into the ancient Serdica complex.

We were exhausted after a long day of travel, so we headed back to the hotel and crashed. I had low expectations about Sofia as a city, but after the walking tour I absolutely loved the place. This was an easy city to navigate, and it was a beautiful city despite its ugly, staunch and stolid communist-built surrounds. Sofia has a very average facade as you enter the city, but once you lose yourself in the old town area, everything changes.
